Network Systems was founded back in January 1989 specifically to supply and service small and medium business with high quality equipment and great support (often things that are really hard to find together) based in the United Kingdom. Our managing director came from the support industry for business so our focus is primarily supporting our customers to the highest degree.

Hardware

Over the years we have supplied all of the main manufacturers products including IBM, Fujitsu, Dell, Acer, Sony, Apple and many more brands and we have picked up which company generally has the best support for their products. We can supply ANY hardware that a customer requests, but on many occasions customers don't always have any preference for brand so we will help accordingly and advise what we feel are the most suitable brand for the application

Software

We are a Microsoft authorised dealer and have gained extensive experience with all windows server versions and of course all regular versions of windows itself all the way from early versions to current offerings. As an authorised dealer we enjoy second line support directly from Microsoft themselves, so if we can't ever solve an issue we know a man that can!

That service (if you call Microsoft yourself) has a cost typically of £500.00 per incident - but if you operate systems that we have supplied we will obtain support from Microsoft if necessary for little or no cost - one of the many advantages of working with an authorised dealer.

We can also supply other regular business software such as Sage Accounting and many other application software packages. Linked to on site software is our ability to supply Office 265 which is a cloud based service offered by Microsoft to clients and again we have extensive experience in this field.
